Constitutions and Bylaws of the Asian American Students Association

Overview

The Constitution and Bylaws of the Asian American Students Association serves the following purposes:

• Provides the purpose and regulations that all officers representing the Association and the Student Body must abide by
• Provides technical guidance to ensure that officers understand what are expected of them
• Provides technical guidance to determine who is legible for membership

As provided for by the University's regulations for all student organizations, the Constitution and Bylaws are reviewed during the transition period between each Student Body Administration of the Asian American Student Body.
